This is a survey tool designed to give you a glimpse (hopefully in the context of your equipping / mission community which is the best way to utilise this resource) into your spiritual gifts matrix, especially with regard to becoming a better equipper in and through your kingdom community.
An Important note from the author. "Whilst this IS a
helpful tool which has been prayed over and worked on to ensure its spiritual
foundation and will provide you and or a friend with a useful and applicable
resource. It is NOT and CAN’T EVER BE the final word. Over the years I have
found the previous editions to be a good gateway, open door and opportunity for
developing equipping processes."

NOW ... Take a few moments to prepare yourself. Get into as prayerful & worshipful space
as is possible in the circumstances you are currently in, read each of the 50 statements. As you complete reading each statement carefully click on
a Zero (0) if you have no reaction or response to the statement, a One (1) if
you respond a little, a Two (2) if you recognise that you have had a significant
response to the statement or a Three (3) if you find yourself energised or
feeling passionate about what the statement says. Once completed click on
SUBMIT.
If you have filled in your email address correctly, you will immediately get a
calculated feedback sheet in your inbox which will list your answers against the
10 highlighted gifts and register a number between 0 and 15. The higher that
number the more interested or passionate you are in that gift area. This should give you a simple picture
of where your interests or passions currently lie with regard to the
motivational & equipping gifts. This is helpful feedback but should only be
used as a guide to further prayer, study & reflection.

sheet appears in my inbox and unless you are a part of a group that is doing this as an exercise together (organised with me before hand) I will send you an evaluation which I pray over
and write according to what God shows me as I pray, mixed in with what I’ve
learned over 30 years of evaluating gift surveys (this will take me a few weeks
because lately there are a lot of these to do at any given time & each one
takes me about half an hour on average). This evaluation will indicate more clearly
what sort of coaching / mentoring you should seek and other general ways forward
etc.
Let me finally emphasise AGAIN that this tool is best used in an equipping / mentoring / coaching context - so find someone or a group of followers of Jesus and ENJOY!!!
