As for the first disciples, so for us, the honour of following Jesus involves a journey. The adjustments, responses and transitions are not only requirements, but they become milestones. As we have embarked on a path that is designed to see community spheres impacted by the good news of the kingdom of God, we need to negotiate these changes with the same excitement as we would if we traveled to any desired physical destination. This involves a constant review of the things we are doing that have any connection with Grace Canberra. As we measure the current range of activities, events and structures against our intention, we will seek to make adjustments that enable these things to serve our intention.
One of the ways we can communicate how we are doing this is to journal the experiences and things learned along the way. We hope and pray that you will be inspired, challenged and that you will be encouraged in your own journey towards being more aligned to the cause of Christ in your daily expression of faith.
